The Reiki journey with me, begins in light conversation regarding your challenges, some writing, a short discussion involving therapeutic grade essential oils and what scents work best for you. We then glide over smudging our space, ourselves and begin our relaxing journey to a clearer self discovery, relaxation, with far less physical, emotional, and mental stress. Having learned a special technique from a monk from Nepal, I now start my sessions with an incredible sound vibrational intro. I then spend the hour clearing any blocked chakras, and communicating with your energy field. I incorporate crystal placement to my practice enhancing your experience with their properties and vibrational expertise (my background is all about Crystal Healing). I reevaluate my work with my pendulum. Although Chakra balancing is not directly considered Reiki, I believe it is a necessity in order to align the mind, body and soul, for its full awakening. This will always be in my signature session. I also use Tuning Forks to help facilitate certain energy blockages, along with my very reliable sound bowls. In our initial session, I will provide you with a clear quartz pendulum that I have hand picked. I will help facilitate clearing your energy and setting intentions/charging to your pendulum and calibrating it with your energy and your energy only. We will work together in a short meditation process where you can freely ask away and communicate with “her/it”. Common things you hear: My Pendulum Doesn’t Work If your pendulum does not work, or you get the wrong responses to questions, you may be:

There is always a reason why an individual might not be in their optimum state of well-being. Usually, this is due to blockages in the flow of energy that disrupt the balance of the body and mind. Studies suggest that such blockages often result from negative beliefs and ideas that we hold about ourselves, which create negative energy or "Bioki" that affects our chakras.

This service is designed to remove specific issues from your aura and energy field. It can also be used to address past traumatic experiences. The treatment can be done while standing, and all you need to provide is a picture of yourself at the age you experienced the trauma.

To receive an attunement, you must  complete Reiki 1 training. Regular attunements can be beneficial in keeping your personal Ki (energy) flowing freely. The attunement ritual helps you release negative energy that’s no longer serving you, so you can be a clear conduit for Reiki. In order to effectively work with Reiki, you need to experience attunements. Includes pre- and post-session discovery and 1 attunement.  If you are a level 2 Reiki practitioner then I will do both Attunement levels. This is something I purchased because of how life changing it was for me personally.  A product that I can vouch for.  I was diagnosed with retinopathy when pregnant with my child. As a type one Diabetic, this was something that was “somewhat expected”. I would see holograms and have what is called retina migraines along with it. After giving birth, it did not go away.  My doctors had said it would eventually get better.  It wasn’t.  I came across one of the only places that carries this device at the time. I committed myself to going every day for 8 minutes.
